By accessing or using Belush ("we", "us", or "our") website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Belush makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Belush or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if Belush or a Belush authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
