A: Yes! While the gut test and wellness ring enhance personalization, you can still benefit from our meal plans, workout programs, trackers, and journaling tools.

A: It's a stool-based test that analyses your gut bacteria to provide a detailed report on your microbiome health, inflammation markers, and food recommendations tailored to your body.

A: We deliver a sample collection kit to your door. You collect your stool sample, and our logistics partner picks it up for delivery to our lab. Results are uploaded into your Belush profile securely.
